  1. Are the tours safe, also for children?

    Yes! Because we carefully choose where be bike, our tours are safe and fun for everyone. From the age of 8 kids can ride their own bike. For younger children we offer a safe Yepp-seat.

  2. What’s the size of a group?

    Because quality and safety is very important to us, we cycle in small groups (about 15 cyclists max). We guarantee a personal service!

  3. What if it rains?

    We’ll not cancel a tour due to rain or wind. In case of light rain, we provide ponchos to our customers.

  4. What is included in a Antwerp Bike Tour?

    Included in a tour: bike (e-bike at extra charge), basket, Yepp-seat(reservation in advance needed). For children we provide a helmet and fluorescent vest.

  5. Is a reservation needed?

    Because we cycle in small groups, we advise you to book in advance. Check our calendar for scheduled tours and our booking-page for specific dates and availability. We guarantee answers on a bookingrequest within 24 hours. 

  6. How can I pay?

    A prepayment is only needed for groups(+6 cyclists). You can pay in our office before departure. We accept cash, Maestro, VISA and Mastercards. For payments with creditcard under 50 EUR we apply a surcharge.

  7. Where is the departure of a tour?

    Please be present 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. All our tours start and end at our office: Paradijsstraat 15 – 2000 Antwerpen.

  8. What about a no-show?

  9. Do I get a discount when I bring my own bike?

    Yes! You can bring your own bike and ride a tour with us. This also applies for children over 8 years old. In case you bring your own bike, you’ll get a discount of 3 euros.

  10. Can children join the bike tours?

    Certainly! We are a childfriendly company and we believe biking is fun for young and old! The smallest kids (<8 years old) can enjoy the tour in a Yepp-seat. From the age of 8 we allow kids to ride their own bike.
